United States Army Reserve is seeking a Practical Nursing Specialist to deliver preventive, therapeutic, and emergency nursing care under supervision. Responsibilities include supervising care in small wards and managing operations within larger hospital settings.

This role emphasizes readiness, jtraining, and serving Soldiers and civilians in diverse environments with comprehensive healthcare benefits. Training includes BCT and AIT, preparing you for a wide range of healthcare duties.

Qualifications

• Be between the ages of 17–40
• Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Submit to background and medical screening
• Receive a passing score on the ASVAB

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, therapeutic, and emergency nursing care procedures under supervision of a physician, nurse, or non-commissioned officer
• Supervisory care within a small ward, clinic, or unit
• Manage ward/unit operations in large hospitals
