Qualifications

• Three years experience working or teaching in field.
• A Bachelor's degree in the discipline.
• Prior college-level teaching experience with evidence of effective and student-centered instructional practices.
• Experience with the development and delivery of academic courses in both online and traditional modalities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a weekly planner for learning activities aligned with Student Learning Outcomes.
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication.
• Review and finalize the course syllabus and LMS (Blackboard).
• Evaluate students' progress toward outcomes.
• Advise students on academic and occupational curricula.
• Participate in recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities.
• Assist in budgeting for instructional equipment and supplies.
• Engage in committee work and department projects.
