Practical Nurse (LPN) opening in Western MA

Responsibilities:

• Transport individuals to work, medical appointments, recreational activities, and other community engagements as needed
• Carry out patients' health care plans and deliver top-notch nursing care
• Provide patients with personal care, daily maintenance, and other support services in accordance with their Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• Order medications and maintain medical supplies, materials, and equipment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Active MA LPN License
• Must be open to commuting to Pittsfield, MA, and surrounding towns
