Job summary

NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) seeks a full-time Nursing Faculty member to deliver high-quality instruction and support student success in Northwest Arkansas. The role involves teaching, curriculum development, and service to the college within a supportive academic environment.

Under the supervision of the Division Dean or Department chair, you will facilitate student learning, participate in program assessment, and engage in professional development activities to advance nursing

Qualifications

• BSN required by Accrediting Body.
• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Arkansas.
• Clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Clear criminal background and drug screen.
• TB/CPR documentation current; immunizations current.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and evaluate outcomes for all assigned classes.
• Develop course curriculum, handouts, lectures, labs, and presentations.
• Schedule, supervise, and evaluate students in clinical/field experiences.
• Maintain FERPA-compliant records and submit grades by deadlines.
