Avenue Z is hiring a Junior Associate for our Public Relations team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in communications strategy and execution, supporting campaigns for diverse clients in media and technology.

You will draft materials, assist with story angles, and learn client engagement while collaborating with senior staff. This position provides exposure to media relations, monitoring trends, and coordinating PR campaigns in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, internship or agency experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interest in media and technology industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of communications strategies for clients across media, technology, and other industries.
• Support account teams in managing client relationships, including preparing meeting notes and follow-ups.
