Job summary

AdFarm is seeking a PR & Content Specialist to join our team supporting content planning, writing, social media and digital storytelling. You are a proactive communicator, organized planner and strong writer who can translate complex information into clear, engaging content across channels.

This role focuses on social media and website content, with emphasis on audience-connected storytelling and measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in public relations, content marketing, social media, communications, journalism, copywriting, or related role.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with adaptable tone for different audiences and objectives.
  • Experience developing social media content calendars and managing content scheduling.
  • Comfort writing for social media, websites, articles, sponsored content, and more.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, workflows, and stakeholders.
  • Translate complex information into clear, useful content for diverse audiences.
  • Familiar with social media platforms, scheduling tools, CMS, and best practices.
  • Proactive in identifying content opportunities and improving processes.

As the PR & Content Specialist, you will have a strong background in content planning, writing, socialmediaand digital storytelling. You are a proactive communicator, organized planner and strong writer who can turn ideas, campaignprioritiesand technical information into clear, engaging content across multiple channels. This role will play a key part in supporting social mediaand website content, with a focus on creating content that connects with the right audiences.   • Working with an integrated team of marketing professionals to achieve client communication objectives.
  • Planning and implementing owned content, including blogs, long-form articles, sponsored content and social media.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key industry media.
  • Develop monthly social media content calendars that align with client goals, brand voice, campaignprioritiesand seasonal opportunities.
  • Support community management by monitoring comments, messages, audienceengagementand relevant conversation opportunities.
  • Translate complex or technical information into content that is easy to understand, accurateand relevant to the intended audience.
  • Identifysocial media trends, platform updates, content formats, andtimelyopportunities that could support client storytelling.
  • Apply SEO best practices to website articles, blog content, headlines,metadataand digital copy whereappropriate.
  • Maintain brand consistency across audience touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and account teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and unified execution.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners, supporting smooth workflows and strong alignment.
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and community loyalty across key social platforms.
  • Use analytics tools to assess performance,identifyoptimizationopportunitiesand adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Analyze campaign performance across owned media channels, delivering insights that refine ongoing and future strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across disciplines, ensuring stakeholders understand performance,opportunitiesand recommendations.

  • SEO experience, including keyword research and on-page optimization, is considered an asset.
  • Agencyand/or agricultureexperience is considered a strong asset.
