Arrive Logistics is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to support media relations, announcements, and event communications in-house. You’ll maintain calendars, draft pitches, and coordinate materials with Marketing leadership, ensuring timely, accurate messaging.

You’ll gather stories from across the business, prepare spokesperson materials, and track coverage. The role requires polished writing, strong organization, and the ability to move quickly with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in communications, PR, marketing, or related field, incl. internships.
• Strong writing across pitches, announcements, audience communications and supporting documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of catching what others miss.
• Comfort moving between multiple concurrent tasks and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with executives, customers, media and employees at all levels.
• Collaborative approach and comfort taking direction from multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to AI tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with trade, national and industry reporters; monitor HARO and Qwoted; draft pitches and press materials.
• Draft and coordinate company announcements; work across marketing and leadership to move them through review.
• Build and maintain the PR calendar, media lists, and coverage trackers; keep materials current.
• Collect and organize story material from across the business; partner with Market Intelligence, Content, and Internal Communications.
• Support spokesperson prep for media, podcasts, and features with background documents and talking points.
• Support event communications and materials for customer and executive events; assist with invitations and agendas.
• Track media placements, coverage, and event communications; prepare summaries for the team.
• Provide communications and writing support across the marketing team as priorities shift.
