Job Title: PR & Media Strategist (Remote – U.S. Candidates Preferred)

Our platforms include top-performing YouTube podcasts, a high-profile investment conference, and a fast-growing online course business. Our audience spans retail investors and professionals hungry for no-nonsense insight into how the world really works.

Your Mission: We’re looking for an elite PR & Media Strategist to elevate our founder’s personal brand and scale our platform visibility. You’ll be responsible for:

• Pitching our founder to top podcasts and media outlets (and landing spots).
• Managing and distributing a polished media kit.
• Coordinating weekly guest bookings for our podcast hosts.
• Creating and managing outreach lists (editors, hosts, producers).
• Collaborating with our short-form team to align PR timing with content drops.
• Tracking pitch performance and adjusting strategy for hit rate.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years in PR, podcast booking, or media strategy.
• Proven track record landing Tier 1 podcast interviews or media features.
• Sharp written communicator (you can write a killer pitch with 2 sentences).
• Obsessed with follow-up. Resourceful. Hustler mindset.
• Bonus: Background in finance, geopolitics, or business media.
