You will craft client-ready materials, draft pitches, and help maintain organized client trackers while staying curious about media trends and PR technology. This role offers growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent business experience.
• At least 3–6 months of professional experience (internships count).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to try new things.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and major social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Track media placements and conversations in real time and flag what matters to the team and clients.
• Build activity, quarterly, and annual reports that tell a clear story about coverage.
• Dig into industry and competitor trends and bring back actionable insights.
• Coordinate client agendas and trackers to keep projects organized.
• Draft and send pitches tailored to reporters and outlets.
• Join client calls, take notes, and follow through on action items.
