Job Title: Utility Laborer - Hallam, Nebraska

Utility Laborer Responsibilities:

Performs unskilled tasks as directed by the foreman. Duties may include plant support activities such as mowing, industrial cleaning, tool room assistance, running errands, cleanup, or general labor. Responsibilities are not limited to these tasks and may include small maintenance jobs. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in power plant maintenance or construction is preferred.

Physical and Job Site Requirements:

• Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically via DocuSign.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess sufficient strength and stamina to perform essential duties.
• Ability to move in confined spaces and across uneven terrain.
• Full range of motion appropriate for age.
• Ability to climb ladders and maintain balance.
• Must be able to hear and respond to voice commands, alarms, and other noises.
• Visual acuity, depth perception, and color discrimination necessary for working at heights and on uneven surfaces.
• Safety/steel-toe shoes are required.
