Job Summary:

Experience with layout, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, structural steel, vessels, pumps, and equipment in an industrial environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms.
2. Assist pipe fitter with installation of piping systems.
3. Use hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least three years of experience as a Pipefitter in an industrial construction setting.

Physical and Job Site Requirements:

• Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign.
• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must have enough strength and stamina to perform the duties listed above.
• Ability to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas.
• Full range of motion appropriate for age.
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders.
• Ability to hear and respond to voice commands, alarms, and other job-related noises.
• Visual acuity, depth perception, and color discrimination necessary for working at heights and on uneven surfaces.
• Safety/steel toe shoes are required.
