Job Description:

Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled PPM Analyst (Program Performance Management) to support our rapidly growing organization. This position is eligible for full-time remote work.

This key role requires a candidate skilled in MS Project with a proven track record of managing complex schedules and partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters, analyze program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete, and review results with recommendations to program teams.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in guidance and mentoring of program teams and PPM staff in program management tools and processes.
  3. Lead the development of the time-phased budget integrated with the IMS to meet all contract and program objectives.
  4. Integrate subcontractor and material cost and schedule data into the program data.
  5. Conduct advanced analysis in the contract/program Estimate at Complete (EAC), Management Reserve, Risk, and Opportunity Management.
  6. Prepare and present accurate and timely program review documents to senior leadership.
  7. Reconcile program data with the latest contract modifications.
  8. Define requirements to solve common business problems.
  9. Foster an environment of trust and teamwork by building collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  10. Interface with multiple IPT leads and PMs across various geographic locations.
  11. Demonstrate EVMS compliance through audits.
  12. Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and customers.
  13. Support other programs with expertise during critical timeframes.
  14. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of timely program deliverables.
  16. Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo.
  17. Lead the development of detailed IMP and IMS to meet all contract and program objectives, supporting the integration of cost and schedule data.
  18. Apply advanced schedule techniques (health and quality checks, resource loading, critical path analysis, risk analysis) effectively to drive proactive decisions.
  19. Ensure major project and program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated, resolving network logic conflicts.
  20. Create and analyze program milestone charts.
  21. Create and manage WBS, IMP, and IMS for proposals.
Compensation Range:

$78,900 - $98,600. This range is a guideline; actual offers depend on role responsibilities, location, market considerations, and candidate experience.

Skills and Experience:
Required Experience:
  • BA/BS in business, engineering, or related discipline
  • 8+ years in a technical, business, military, or U.S. Government Contractor environment
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office Suite, Deltek Cobra, integrating scheduling data with manpower, EVMS, and proposal support systems
  • Experience with IMP/IMS development and maintenance on DoD programs with EVM requirements
  • Critical path analysis and slack management
  • Variance analysis
  • EVMS concepts including analysis and corrective actions
  • Ability to function positively and effectively within a team environment
