Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Oncology GI Care Team in Fort Wayne, IN. The role emphasizes collaboration with intra- and inter-departmental teams to deliver patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will multitask effectively, apply clinical judgment, and maintain current RN/NP or PA licensure with relevant certifications. Experience preferred; competency in fast-paced cancer care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MSN program (DNP optional).
• Current or pending RN and APRN licenses.
• Current or pending certification by an approved professional body.
• Minimum 1 year of NP or PA experience preferred.

• Provide NP/PA care within the Oncology GI Care Team.

Job Requirements for Nurse Practitioner

• Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program (DNP optional)
• Current or pending state license for Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
• Current or pending certification by an approved professional certification organization
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.

Job Requirements for Physician Assistant

• Graduate of a Masters’ degree program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant Program (ARC-PA).
• Current or pending state license
• Current or pending certification by an approved professional certification organization
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant preferred.

Certifications as required by specialty which may be but are not limited to:

• BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS/ACLS-EP
• PALS
• ATLS
• CSR
