Job summary

Gear Wash is hiring a Production & Quality Associate in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The role covers intake, processing, and quality inspection of PPE garments, with data entry and warehouse support. You will operate laundry machines, maintain accuracy across systems, and follow strict quality standards.

Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm, with competitive hourly pay. This is a full-time position offering health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO after 90 days, and other benefits in a family-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake and processing of garment orders and inventory.
• Operate laundry equipment and inspect garments for quality.
• Enter data accurately into internal systems and tracking tools.
• Support warehouse operations and assist with deliveries or pickups.
• Follow company procedures to meet quality and efficiency standards.
