Job summary

Malace|HR in Antioch, TN is seeking a Vending Machine Inventory Stocker Associate to maintain PPE vending machines across the facility, stocking gloves, safety glasses, masks, and other equipment.

This role involves walking through a massive 2.8-million-square-foot facility, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using basic inventory systems; prior warehouse experience is preferred. Shift is typically Monday–Friday, with a standard daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, stocking, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry PPE supplies and boxes as required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic inventory management and recordkeeping skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and refill PPE vending machines with gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, masks, vests, and other approved safety equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify products that need replenishment.
• Transport PPE supplies from storage areas to designated vending machine locations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully operational vending machine areas.
• Inspect vending machines for proper operation and report malfunctions or equipment issues.
• Track inventory usage and communicate supply needs to supervisors or management.
• Remove damaged, expired, or improperly stored PPE as necessary.
• Follow facility safety policies, PPE requirements, and subcontractor procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and replenishment activities.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining PPE storage areas.
• Perform routine walking and inspections throughout assigned facility areas.
• Follow proper lifting, handling, and ergonomic practices when moving supplies.
• Communicate professionally with Amazon employees, subcontractor management, and site personnel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
