Job summary

Magid Glove & Safety is seeking a Field Service Representative to stock and maintain PPE vending machines across three Charlotte-area locations. You’ll work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring products are available and organized, and performing light maintenance as needed.

The role emphasizes reliability, customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with training provided and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory experience is required.
• Metatarsal guards are required at this customer location and will be provided by Magid.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Personal smartphone and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in potentially noisy, dusty manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Restock PPE vending machines with safety products such as gloves, safety glasses, and other equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and keep products organized.
• Perform basic vending machine maintenance and replace simple parts when needed.
• Transport inventory between storage areas and vending machines.
• Build positive relationships with customer contacts while providing excellent service.
