Qualifications

• Требуется не менее 5 лет hands-on управления Google Ads с крупномасштабными результатами.
• Глубокие знания форматов Google Ads, структуры кампаний, стратегии ключевых слов и создания объявлений.
• Сильные навыки GA4 и GTM, понимание конверсии и атрибуции.
• Умение общаться на английском языке для клиентов и внутри команды; знание русского языка приветствуется.
• Готовность работать с несколькими клиентами в разных вертикалях и рынках.

Responsibilities

• Запуск и масштабирование кампаний Google Ads: Search, YouTube, Display, PMax, Demand Gen.
• Анализ GA4 и Google Ads, аудит аккаунтов, поиск точек роста, превращение данных в действия.
• Управление большими бюджетами с фокусом на CPA и ROAS; A/B тестирование креативов.
• Настройка конверсий через GTM/GA4 и API, использование новых функций Google Ads.
• Презентация стратегий клиентам и наставничество коллег.

Launch and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Display, including keyword strategy, audience targeting, and competitor analysis Analyze GA4 and Google Ads data, conduct account audits, identify growth opportunities, and turn data into actionable steps Manage large ad budgets with a focus on CPA and ROAS, and optimize performance through creative A/B testing Set up conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, and APIs, and adopt new Google Ads features and industry trends Present strategies to clients and support team members' growth through mentoring

Требования

5+ Years of hands-on Google Ads management experience with proven large-scale results Deep expertise in Google Ads formats, campaign structure, keyword strategy, and ad creation Strong GA4 and GTM skills and a solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution Strong English communication and presentation skills for client-facing and internal interactions Proficient Russian for certain internal communications Able to manage multiple clients across different verticals and markets; proactive, results-driven, independent, and actively uses AI tools Будет плюсом: SQL, Python, experience in Fintech, Streaming, Gaming, or E-commerce, work in international markets, current Google Ads certifications, team leadership experience
