Job summary

Numan is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own PPC campaigns, landing pages, and performance analysis. You’ll work hands-on across Google Ads, testing ad copy and building landing pages in a CMS, reporting weekly on what moved the metrics.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Growth and PPC Lead, using AI tools to increase efficiency and drive insight, while ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising rules. This role offers coaching and growth into broader channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in performance or growth marketing
• Hands-on PPC experience in Google Ads
• Strong ad copy and testing capabilities
• Working grasp of statistical significance for A/B tests
• Comfort building and editing pages in a CMS

Responsibilities

• Build, edit and optimise campaigns in Google Ads under PPC Lead
• Manage keywords, negatives, budgets and bids with justification
• Monitor performance and diagnose issues
• Run structured ad copy testing with clear hypotheses
• Plan and run landing page A/B tests with clear metrics
• Match landing pages to search intent and ad copy
• Own weekly performance analysis across PPC and landing pages
• Report CAC, LTV and payback; use Looker/Amplitude for insights
