You will support the Office of the Undersecretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment with PPBE activities, budget execution tracking, and spend plan updates. Ideal candidates have a finance or accounting background, 2–4 years of relevant experience, US citizenship, and a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• US citizen.
• Minimum SECRET clearance.
• 2-4 years of relevant financial experience.
• Foundational knowledge of PPBE process, budget formulation, execution, spend plans, and funds distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist PPBE planning, budgeting, and execution for the office.
• Maintain spend plans and track budget execution against targets.
• Draft clear variance reports and justifications for leadership.
• Reconcile financial records with official accounting systems.
