Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a PP/SCM Associate to support production planning, inventory control, materials management, and supply chain operations to ensure on-time delivery of products. You will work with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales teams to monitor demand and manage inventory levels.

The role involves creating production schedules, coordinating with Procurement to prevent shortages, analyzing inventory, and supporting forecasting and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and inventory requirements.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement to prevent shortages.
• Analyze inventory levels and optimize stock while minimizing excess inventory.
• Support monthly, weekly, and daily production planning activities.
• Review production performance and prepare planning and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams regarding inbound and outbound materials.
• Maintain planning and inventory data within ERP systems.
• Track KPIs including inventory turnover, production attainment, material shortages, and delivery performance.
• Assist with forecasting activities and capacity planning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain efficiency and cost reduction.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management review.

Position Summary

The PP/SCM Associate supports production planning, inventory control, materials management, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient manufacturing and on-time delivery of products. Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
