Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers and engine development programs.
• Lead discovery discussions to understand customer goals, timing, and success criteria.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements, assumptions, scope boundaries, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop program proposals and statements of work in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare schedules, resource plans, cost estimates, and technical risk assessments.
• Lead customer technical reviews and change discussions with documented decisions and actions.
• Manage customer expectations by communicating scope, timing, risks, and proposed solutions.
