Job summary

Stellantis invites highly motivated students to join the Powertrain Portfolio Intern role at our Auburn Hills, MI campus for May–August 2027. The in-person program offers hands-on projects across powertrain topics, with mentorship, collaboration, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in business administration, strategic planning, sales and marketing, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work full‑time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Willing to relocate for internship, if applicable.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Transform data and observations into insights, implications, and recommendations that support strategic decision‑making.
• Support end‑to‑end projects through data collection, analysis, and interpretation of results.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop plans that address key business questions.
• Create reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights to a variety of audiences through effective visual and narrative formats.
• Contribute to process improvements by testing and documenting tools, templates, and research techniques that enhance team efficiency.
