Cycles Worldwide, LLC is seeking an A-TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC for a powersports dealership in Thomasville, GA. The role reports to the Service Manager and focuses on diagnosis, repair, and customer service. The ideal candidate has motorcycle/auto service experience, owns a complete tool set, and holds a motorcycle license; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Technically and mechanically proficient with motorcycles and autos.
• Previous motorcycle or automobile service experience preferred.
• Computer literacy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform full and complete diagnosis and repair on products received.
• Repair on ATVs, SXSs, motorcycles and dirt bikes.
• Work Tuesday–Saturday as scheduled.
• Communicate necessary repairs to the Service Manager or writer, verbally and in writing.
• Train, mentor and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.
• Meet deadlines and complete work productively and profitably.
• Follow dealership policies including general housekeeping.
• Maintain grooming and comply with dress code.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all staff.
