Karl Malone PowerSports in Heber City, Utah, is seeking a full-time Experienced Service Technician to support customers through timely repair and delivery of ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and UTVs. You’ll join a family‑oriented team that values input and offers paid training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive work culture.

Responsibilities include performing repairs per repair orders, testing vehicle systems, communicating with the Service Advisor, and maintaining accurate service

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair orders, covering engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, A/C, and related systems
• Test and diagnose vehicle components using appropriate tools and test drives
• Communicate with Service Advisor about status and required additional repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Keep the work area clean and safe per regulations

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy. This may include but is not limited to the repair of vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Test a vehicle’s components, and systems using necessary test drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding the vehicle’s status and any additional needs. If additional repairs are needed, provide an estimate of the time needed for those repairs.
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed or needed.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area following prescribed safety regulations.
