Qualifications

• Sales management, product sales, and/or customer service experience in specialty retail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team that delivers results.
• Proven track record of teaching, motivating, and holding a team accountable.
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro).

Responsibilities

• Manage store team and overall store success, meet sales goals.
• Partner with ASM to ensure friendly, enthusiastic customer service.
• Oversee opening/closing, returns, schedules, metrics and standards.
• Merchandising, training, and coaching to drive performance.
