Cycle Gear is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and drive store performance in Taylor, Michigan. You will partner with an Assistant SM to coach staff, ensure outstanding customer service, manage schedules, and uphold product knowledge while meeting sales goals.

You will oversee all store operations, merchandising, returns, and events, while promoting Cycle Gear's brand and community involvement. Eligible candidates bring leadership, retail experience, and a passion for riding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and coaching sales staff.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding store goals.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
