Curren RV is now Curren Powersports! We are a family owned and operated dealer in Pine City, NY. We carry a variety of products including ATVs, SXSs, Motorcycles, Compact Tractors, Utility Trailers, Dump Trailers, Equipment Trailers, Cargo Trailer, and Car Trailers.

We have an opening for a Powersports Service Advisor to support our customers. The right candidate has excellent customer service and phone skills, with knowledge of all components used in ATVs and Side-by-Sides. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will assist local customers in-store and provide support to customers nationwide via phone, live chat, and email.

Pay is hourly and based on experience.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Manage service department schedule and ensure technicians have what they need to do their jobs.
2. Create Repair Orders and serve as the liaison between the customer and service department.
3. Provide customer assistance by phone, email, live chat, and over the counter.
4. Utilize computers to search diagrams and manuals for the correct parts.
5. Maintain positive relationships with customers through friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.
6. Assist service technicians in finding needed parts and charging them to the repair order.
7. Act as the liaison between sales and service departments.
8. Submit and manage warranty claims.
9. Possess customer service or retail experience.
10. Have knowledge of ATVs, SXSs, UTVs; knowledge of trailers or compact tractors is a plus.
11. Understand engine and other powersports parts and services.
12. Demonstrate good sales skills.
13. Be a problem solver and able to manage a complex schedule of multiple technicians.
14. Maintain good telephone manners and customer service skills.
15. Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
16. Work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
17. Take direction well and be coachable.
18. Read service manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
19. Recognize parts and identify needed replacements.
20. Be able to work Saturdays.
21. Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending may be required.
22. May lift up to 50 lbs; heavier objects may require team effort or assistive devices.
