Job summary

LeMans Corporation is seeking a Product Portfolio Specialist to support planning, execution, and lifecycle management of product portfolios across Motorcycle, ATV, Snowmobile, and Personal Watercraft segments. You will partner with Sales, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a competitive, data-driven product lineup.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and lifecycle activities from intro to EOL, with a focus on continuous improvement and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-4 years of product or category management experience.
• Experience with powersports helmets and apparel and collaboration with sales/marketing teams.
• Powersports or automotive industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Power BI skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product plans, launches, and lifecycle activities (intro, maintenance, EOL).
• Complete new part setup and maintain accurate product data.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Assist with cataloging, pricing updates, promotions, and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive portfolio and category performance.
• Support compliance, sustainability, and packaging documentation.
