Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is seeking a Parts Fitment Specialist to join our Call Center team. This role focuses on delivering quick, accurate information to customers via Live Chat, phone, and email, leveraging knowledge of our website, products, and powersports equipment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of powersports experience, comfort with OEM parts diagrams, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of powersports experience.
• Basic skills using OEM parts diagrams.
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Live Chat: quickly and accurately answer customer inquiries.
• Tech Line Phones: assist CSRs with product questions.
• Tech Emails: address more basic issues in the Email folder.
• Website Q&A: provide professional answers to site questions.
• Product projects and other tasks may be assigned.
