You’ll contribute to sales goals and create a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced Powersports environment.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, upselling, and teamwork across parts, service, and showroom areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn dealership systems.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and dealership events.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and drive an exceptional dealership experience.
• Assist customers in selecting parts, apparel, riding gear, and accessories.
• Educate on product features, benefits, and installation requirements.
• Recommend add-ons to boost satisfaction and sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle special orders.
• Lookup OEM and aftermarket parts using catalogs and systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize displays.
• Provide parts support to service technicians and repair orders.
• Stay current on Honda products and powersports trends.
