Job summary

RideNow Powersports – McKinney is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to help move, park, and organize powersports units on the lot, showroom, and service areas. You’ll assist with check-in, inspections, and prep units for delivery, while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient lot.

The role requires the ability to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other units, outdoor work in varied weather, and strong attention to safety. Training and growth opportunities are offered by the dealership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and powersports units.
• Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Punctual and dependable; follow instructions.
• Experience as a lot porter, detailer, or inventory support preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to push motorcycles weighing up to 850 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely move and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units around the lot.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery.
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Help prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling.
• Support the sales and service team with unit movement and logistics.
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and inventory flow.
• Perform support tasks as needed.
