RideNow Group is hiring a Lot Technician Driver in McDonough, GA. You will move and park powersports units, assist with showroom logistics, and provide customer pickup and home delivery services.

You’ll prep units for delivery, ensure safety, and support sales and service teams with logistics. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year delivery driving experience, a valid license with motorcycle endorsement, and the ability to operate heavy bikes outdoors in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Delivery driving or vehicle transport experience of 1+ year.
• Must be 25 years or older for driving and insurance compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and motorcycle endorsement.
• Ability to ride and maneuver motorcycles, including manuals.
• Able to push heavy motorcycles up to 850 lbs and lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand long periods and work outdoors in various weather.
• Safe movement through showroom, lot and service areas with awareness.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching for prep and tie-downs.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, punctual and a team player.
• Comfortable in a loud, high-energy dealership environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive, move, and park motorcycles and powersports across the lot and showroom.
• Provide home pickup and delivery services for units.
• Assist with vehicle check-ins, inspections, and tagging.
• Prepare units for delivery, including washing and detailing.
• Support sales and service teams with logistics and tasks.
• Keep lot and showrooms neat, safe, and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.
