Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Lot Technician Driver to support daily dealership operations. You will move and detail motorcycles, transport units with company trucks, and assist with logistics across the showroom and service areas.

The role requires riding/maneuvering skills, a motorcycle endorsement, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. 25+ age is required for insurance compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Delivery driving experience required (1+ years).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record and motorcycle endorsement.
• Ability to safely push motorcycles up to 850 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 25 years or older for company driving and insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, arrange, and detail motorcycles on the lot and showroom.
• Transport vehicles, parts, and equipment using company trucks and trailers.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to support logistics and daily operations.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and safety, assist with vehicle prep for delivery.
