Hexco Motorsports is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Certified Master Technician to join our service and parts department. In this role, you will diagnose and repair a variety of powersports vehicles, including ATVs, snowmobiles, UTVs, motorcycles, and jet skis, while also providing leadership within the department.

As a vital part of our small but dynamic team, we need someone who is highly organized, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable handling various customer service duties as needed. A flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when necessary are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs, including fuel injection systems, transmissions, ignition systems, and computerized diagnostics.
  • Provide training and mentorship to other technicians and service team members.
  • Assist management with work order pricing, parts requisitioning, and shop organization.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all necessary safety regulations.
  • Adapt to various roles within the service department as business needs evolve.
  • Perform customer service duties and any additional tasks as assigned.
