Job summary

Workstream is seeking technicians at Attica Motorsports in Indiana to assemble and ensure the soundness of off-road vehicles. The ideal candidates will have a basic knowledge of off-road machines, a strong passion for powersports, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This role features a Tuesday through Saturday work week, with opportunities for overtime. The company emphasizes family values, aiming to provide an exemplary customer experience in sales, service, and parts.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of off-road machines; schooling is a plus.
• Strong passion for powersports.
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, grasp with hands.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fleet of ATVs, UTVs, Dirt & Street Bikes.
• Test drive machines after builds for quality assurance.
• File documentation on each repair.

Are you ready to make your passion your career? Attica Motorsports is a state‑of‑the‑art, climate‑controlled shop looking to hire technicians for our service department! This job will be responsible for assembling our Powersports off‑road vehicles. We’re looking for highly motivated technicians who take pride in their work and are willing to learn. The work week at Attica Motorsports is generally Tuesday through Saturday with opportunities for overtime.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

• Assemble our fleet of ATVs, UTV / Side by Sides, Dirt & Street Bikes
• Test drive machines after builds are complete to ensure mechanical soundness
• File appropriate documentation on each repair
• Follow all safety and operational protocol
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include

• Basic knowledge of off road machines. schooling is a plus, but not mandatory
• A great attitude
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, grasp with hands, stand for long periods of time, and lift 50 lbs
• Strong passion for powersports
• Work efficiently independently, or as part of a team in a fast pace environment
• Tools needed. (Attica Motorsports offers a tool assistance program)
