Job summary

Team Mancuso Powersports South is seeking a motivated Apprentice Powersports Technician to join our fast-paced service team.

You will work under a Master Technician mentor, learning maintenance, diagnostics, MPI, and OEM training. Completion of a motorcycle/marine/automotive program and owning a full tool set are required. This entry-level role offers hands-on growth within a Fortune 500 company, with $20.00 hourly pay and a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must complete an accredited Motorcycle, Marine, or Automotive program.
• Must own or acquire a complete set of tools within 60 days of hire.
• Valid motorcycle license and clean driving record; pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist mentor and Master Technician in dealership operations.
• Perform repairs and maintenance per repair orders.
• Learn maintenance, install accessories, and diagnose/repair issues.
• Conduct MPI inspections and communicate results to team.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and professionalism.
