Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a presentation specialist to craft clear PowerPoint visuals and stories for client deliverables. You will learn to design compelling visuals during a paid five-week training and collaborate with global teams to meet diverse audience needs.

No prior design background is required, and onboarding covers PowerPoint basics and visual design concepts. The role offers extensive learning opportunities and a dynamic workload across industries.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 level or equivalent).
• Experience in BPO roles such as Market Researcher, Quality Analyst/Quality Controllers, Transcription, Data entry, or e-Publishing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and strong typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create clear and accurate PowerPoint slides and visual stories.
• Edit, rework and enhance existing materials and proofreading for quality standards.
• Partner with consultants to understand needs and provide solutions; collaborate with team.
