Responsibilities

• Controls, starts, and shuts down complex facility utility systems, especially boilers.
• Manages plant machinery including turbines, furnaces, chillers, and related equipment.
• Monitors water quality, logs data, and ensures compliance under the Water Management Plan.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs to keep equipment operational.
• Documents status, coordinates emergencies, and trains team members.
