Job summary

Medxcel is seeking a Boiler Operator for our Tulsa, OK facility. You will operate and monitor power plant systems, including boilers and HVAC, ensuring safe and efficient performance.

The role requires 3 years of experience, a boiler operator license or equivalent, and a high school diploma with a boiler operator program. You will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs, document operational data, and support leadership through training and project participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Boiler Operator learning program required.

Responsibilities

• Operates, controls, and safely shuts down primary and auxiliary power plant systems (boilers, turbines, generators, HVAC).
• Monitors meters, gauges, and indicators to regulate power flow and diagnose issues.
• Performs troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment including pneumatic tubes and medical vacuums as needed.
• Maintains logs, completes malfunction reports, and manages emergency communications during outages.
• Supports plant leadership by training colleagues and participating in special projects.
