Job summary

Wilson Construction Company has an immediate opening for a Part 133 Powerline Construction Helicopter Pilot. This role supports our crews at project locations across the United States, operating MD500E and MD530F helicopters to perform skid/platform, cargo, HEC, and side-pull missions.

Requirements include FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate, 2nd Class Medical, 2,500 PIC hours, 200 hours vertical reference, and 50 hours on MD500/530.

Qualifications

• Need a FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate and a current 2nd Class Medical Certificate.
• Must have 2,500 PIC hours in helicopters including time as PIC in command.
• Must have 200 hours Vertical Reference.
• Must have 50 hours MD500/530 experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Class A skid/platform operations.
• Perform Class B cargo missions.
• Perform Human External Cargo (HEC) operations.
• Perform Class C side-pull maneuvers.

Job description

Title: Powerline Construction Helicopter Pilot
Location: Various Project Locations

Wilson Construction Company has an immediate opening for a Part 133 Powerline Construction Helicopter Pilot. This position will involve supporting our construction crews in company-owned MD500E and MD530F helicopters at project locations throughout the United States, performing:

Performing

• Class A Skid/Platform
• Class B Cargo
• Class B Human External Cargo (HEC)
• Class C Side-Pull

Minimum Experience Required

• FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate
• Current 2nd Class Medical Certificate
• 2,500 Hours Pilot-in-Command, Helicopter
• 200 Hours Vertical Reference
• 50 Hours MD500/530

Schedule: Two weeks on/two weeks off.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and skill.
