Job description

Job Title: PowerBuilder Application Lead

Role: Hybrid

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in developing client-server applications with strong technical skills in PowerBuilder and Sybase (preferred) or Oracle.
2. Experience with PowerBuilder foundation classes, OOPS concepts, and various Data Window designs for forms and reports development.
3. Experience in writing PL/SQL scripts, database stored procedures, and triggers.
4. Responsibility for design, technical specifications, coding, and unit testing of requirements.
5. Excellent debugging, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to develop strategies to increase efficiency, enhance workflow, and improve customer satisfaction.
8. Coordinate onsite and offshore teams between Business and Development teams.
9. Provide support for system testing/UAT and production environments.
10. Proficient in Agile development methodology (Rally preferred).
11. Knowledge of source control tools such as Rational ClearCase and GitHub.
