Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a BI engineer to lead data visualization and reporting across finance and operations. You will load and transform data from Aderant and other systems using SQL Server and SSIS, and build Power BI dashboards to surface key metrics.

Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Management to gather requirements, optimize data models, and ensure data integrity. You''ll migrate from SSRS to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, integrate with SharePoint, and troubleshoot reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years in reporting development or BI roles, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI with DAX, data modeling and dashboard design.
• Experience with Aderant Expert or Aderant Sierra; familiarity with Elite/3E is a plus.
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based data architecture.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and integration.
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) and .NET is advantageous.

• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to reporting processes and technologies.
• Document data models, workflows, and reporting standards for governance and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Expertise


• Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).


• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, and ETL processes.


• Experience with Aderant Expert or Aderant Sierra; familiarity with Elite/3E or similar financial systems is a plus.


• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based data architecture.


• Additional Skills


• Experience with SharePoint administration and integration.


• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell), HTML/CSS, and .NET is advantageous.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Education & Background


• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).


• Minimum 4 years in reporting development or BI roles, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial data reporting and analytics.


• Knowledge of API integrations and enterprise content management systems.


• Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub).
