Agility Partners is seeking a Power BI Developer
Join us in our Data Modernization project, where you'll help migrate retail client's Corporate Analytics to Power BI and contribute to our Corporate Data Governance strategy and implementation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams, Business Analysis project members, and business partners to design and develop Snowflake Views and Power BI objects, including Dashboards, Reports, and Apps.
- Define technical requirements for Snowflake and Power BI implementations.
- Support current on-premises BI tools and facilitate migration to cloud-based solutions.
- Coordinate with Project Management to provide estimates, updates, and project status reports, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Operate within a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
- Establish and document standards for best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI development.
- 3+ years developing database objects and views optimized for reporting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of data management principles.
- Proficiency with DAX and SQL.
- Ability to analyze usage scenarios and patterns for BI solutions.
- Personal attributes: Self-starter, collaborative, curious, motivated, team-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to foster an innovative culture that challenges existing paradigms.
