Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring a PowerBI Analyst (Senior) to ensure smooth operations of core software and infrastructures for data warehousing (DW) and business intelligence (BI) environments. This position involves installing, configuring, and optimizing software for DW and BI systems, including BI, ETL, and data management software. This position is fully remote, located in the United States.

Note: The contract has been awarded; however, this position remains unfunded and is contingent upon funding release.

Responsibilities

• Generate ad-hoc PowerBI reports.
• Monitor BI activity, maintain PowerBI reports, and manage licensing.
• Support PowerBI user community by resolving tickets and addressing requests.
• Lead PowerBI training, including instructor-led class development and delivery.
• Ensure smooth operation of DW/BI software through continuous monitoring and patching.
• Support user administration for role-based security following enterprise guidelines.
• Perform upgrades to incorporate new features, security, and support improvements.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills and Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools; certifications in relevant technologies.

Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance.
