Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring a PowerBI Analyst (Senior) to ensure the smooth operations of core software and infrastructures for data warehousing (DW) and business intelligence (BI) environments. This position involves installing, configuring, and optimizing software for DW and BI systems, including BI, ETL, and data management software. This role is fully remote, based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate Ad-Hoc Power BI reports.
• Monitor BI activity, maintain Power BI reports, and manage licensing.
• Support Power BI user community by resolving tickets and handling requests.
• Lead Power BI training, including developing and delivering instructor-led classes.
• Ensure smooth operation of DW/BI software through continuous monitoring and patching.
• Support user administration for role-based security following enterprise security guidelines.
• Perform upgrades to incorporate new features and enhance security and support.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Certifications in relevant technologies.

Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance.

Compensation

The posted pay range is USD $130,000 to USD $155,000 per year. Actual offers depend on various factors, including experience and location. Compensation may include other elements, discussed during hiring. This is an at-will employment position, with potential salary modifications.
