Job Description

Powerbasic Developers needed for a long-term project to support legacy applications. This is a remote, WFM opportunity anywhere in the United States!

This is a contract role of one year or longer with an opportunity to convert to a full-time employee.

Responsibilities

• Legacy PowerBasic development
• Fixing bugs in applications
• Programming fixes
• Testing applications
• Some new design and programming for new feature add-ons
• Assisting with conversions of PowerBasic applications to a modern C#.NET platform

Qualifications

• BSCS or similar degree preferred, but experience considered
• 3+ years of legacy PowerBasic programming or similar experience like FreeBasic
• Experience with C#.NET web application development desired
• Financial or Tax applications experience
