What You'll Do:

• Independently install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes.
• Lead and mentor apprentice electricians on job sites.
• Troubleshoot intricate electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest safety standards and in compliance with all applicable codes.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Active TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations) Journeyman Electrician License is MANDATORY for consideration.
• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Strong background and proven experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical systems.
• Thorough knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation to the job site in Georgetown.
