Power washing experience is required for this role.

As a Power Washing Lead Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. With over 30 years of industry experience, we are committed to providing our team with the best tools, equipment, and training to ensure their success.

Power Washing Lead Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and restoration services, including operating power wash equipment, operating lifts, and climbing ladders
• Experience driving an 11' box truck (not required)
• Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer's satisfaction
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
• Follow cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
• Earn additional commissions for sales (sales experience is a plus)

Power Washing Field Service Manager Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude for repairing small parts, tools, and hoses
• Minimum one year of proven leadership experience
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs confidently
• Ability to perform general labor and lift up to 70 lbs
• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record
• Must be drug/alcohol free and able to undergo a background check
