As a Power Washing Field Service Manager, you will provide excellent service to our customers and complete jobs to the highest standards. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to providing our team with the best tools, equipment, and training to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Drive & Transport: Safely operate a 16‑foot box truck to and from job sites.
• Power Washing & Equipment Maintenance: Perform power washing on commercial and residential properties; troubleshoot and maintain equipment such as hoses, nozzles, and pumps.
• Site Safety & Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential hazards (e.g., chemical exposure, plant damage, furniture protection) to prevent property damage or injuries.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a junior technician, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, address concerns, and deliver outstanding service.
• Quality Control: Maintain thorough cleaning, proper rinsing of chemicals, and post‑job cleanup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) in a hands‑on, labor‑intensive role (construction, landscaping, janitorial, or similar). Power washing experience is a plus.
• 1+ year(s) experience supervising or training others.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving larger vehicles such as box trucks is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of punctuality and a consistent work ethic.
• Attention to detail, spotting potential issues before they become problems.
• Customer service orientation; professional, polite, and solution‑oriented.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather, lift and maneuver heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods.

Compensation

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
