Rolling Suds is hiring a Power Washing Crew Chief in New York. With over 30 years in the industry, we provide top equipment, training, and a path for career growth. You'll supervise the power washing crew and ensure customer satisfaction on every job.

No power washing experience required for this role, but leadership ability is essential. Compensation is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of proven leadership experience.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence.
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members.
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner.
• Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard.
